Bui Bich Phuong, the first Miss Tien Phong (later called Miss Vietnam) was born in Hanoi in 1971. When crowned Miss Tien Phong in 1988, she was a student of English. Several years later, she won a scholarship of South Korean Government and studied at Seoul National University. Bui Bich Phuong is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Korean. She always does best in work andbe really happy with her small family. To her,beauty is not always an advantage so everyone has to work!
